Orders placed on our European storefronts — perfumeoasis.es, perfumeoasis.de, perfumeoasis.fr and perfumeoasis.it — are sold and fulfilled by Oasis de Belleza SL, whose details appear above and at the foot of this page.

Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Oasis de Belleza SL as the seller of the goods. Orders placed on perfumeoasis.co.uk are sold by Orchid Trading Group Limited and are governed by the terms published on that site.

We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from it, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before ordering. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

Section 1 — Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are of the age of majority in your country of residence and have given us consent to allow any minor dependants to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor may you, in using the Service, break any law in your jurisdiction, including copyright law. You must not transmit any worms, viruses or code of a destructive nature. Breaching any of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your access to our Services.

Section 2 — General Conditions

We may refuse service to anyone, for any lawful reason, at any time. You understand that your content (excluding payment card information) may be transferred unencrypted and may involve transmission over various networks and changes to conform to technical requirements. Payment card information is always encrypted in transit.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.

Section 3 — Products, Prices and VAT

Prices on this storefront are shown in euro and include VAT at the applicable rate. Shipping costs are shown separately before you complete your order and are set out in full in our Shipping Policy.

All EU orders are shipped duties paid. You will not be charged customs duties or additional import taxes on delivery within the countries we ship to from Spain.

We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any colour will be accurate. Product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Where you have placed an order and we accept it, the price confirmed to you at that point is the price that applies.

Section 4 — Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract between you and Oasis de Belleza SL is formed when we send you an order confirmation or dispatch the goods, whichever is earlier. We may refuse or cancel an order, including where the item is unavailable, the price was listed in error, or we reasonably believe the order is placed by a dealer, reseller or distributor. Where we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery

Orders are dispatched from our premises in Spain. Dispatch times, delivery estimates and shipping charges are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery estimates are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Section 6 — Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. To exercise this right, inform us of your decision using the contact details below or the returns portal linked from our Return Policy.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery. Fragrances and cosmetics fall within this exception. Items must therefore be returned unused, unopened and sealed in their original packaging, unless the item is faulty, misdescribed or you received the wrong product.

We offer a 30-day return period, which is more generous than the statutory minimum. Our full returns process, including who pays return postage, is set out in our Return Policy. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund you within 2 days to your original payment method.

Section 7 — Legal Guarantee of Conformity

Goods sold to consumers carry the statutory guarantee of conformity provided by Directive (EU) 2019/771 and by the law of your country of residence. If goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise not in conformity with the contract, you are entitled to have them repaired or replaced, or to an appropriate price reduction or refund. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes those rights.

Section 8 — Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases, and to update it promptly so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.

Section 9 — Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information

The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied on as the sole basis for making decisions. This site may contain historical information which is not current and is provided for reference only. We may modify the contents of this site at any time but are under no obligation to update any information on it.

Section 10 — Optional Tools and Third-Party Links

We may provide access to third-party tools which we neither monitor nor control, on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. Third-party links may direct you to sites not affiliated with us; we are not responsible for their content or accuracy. Please review the third party's policies before engaging in any transaction with them.

Section 11 — User Comments, Feedback and Other Submissions

If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans or other materials, you agree that we may edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use them in any medium. We are under no obligation to keep them confidential, to pay compensation for them, or to respond to them. You agree that your comments will not infringe the rights of any third party and will not contain defamatory, unlawful, abusive or obscene material.

Section 12 — Personal Information

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. Oasis de Belleza SL is the data controller for personal data collected in connection with orders placed on this storefront, and processes that data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Section 13 — Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times or availability. We may correct any such errors and change, update or cancel orders where information is inaccurate, including after you have submitted your order. Where we cancel an order for this reason after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

Section 14 — Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to take part in unlawful acts; (c) to breach any international, national or local regulations, rules, laws or ordinances; (d) to infringe our intellectual property rights or those of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate or discriminate; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service.

Section 15 — Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for breach of the statutory guarantee of conformity, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Subject to the paragraph above, Oasis de Belleza SL and our directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, suppliers and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or any products purchased through it. Our total liability in connection with any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Section 16 — Severability, Termination and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision will be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law and the unenforceable portion will be severed, without affecting the remaining provisions. Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination survive termination. These Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.

Section 17 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

Section 18 — Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If something has gone wrong, please contact us first using the details below and we will try to resolve it. If we cannot resolve your complaint, consumers in the European Union may refer the matter to the consumer protection authority or an approved alternative dispute resolution body in their country of residence. In Spain, consumers may also apply to the consumer arbitration system (Sistema Arbitral de Consumo).
