How to Return an Item

  1. Request your return. Submit a return request through our returns portal, or contact our team by email at info@perfumeoasis.co.uk.
  2. Send the item back. Once approved, return the item to us unused and in its original sealed packaging.
  3. Receive your refund. As soon as we receive the item back, we'll issue your refund within 2 days.

Condition of Returns

For hygiene reasons, fragrances and cosmetics can only be returned if they are unused. Items must be unopened and sealed in their original packaging — we're unable to accept returns of products that have been opened, used, sprayed or tested, unless the item is faulty or you received the wrong product.
  • Items must be returned unused, unopened and sealed in their original packaging.
  • If you received the wrong item, this condition does not apply — we'll put it right at no cost to you.
  • Refunds are issued within 2 days of us receiving the returned item, back to your original payment method.
